Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds. In the early stages of our program, our coaches and co-founders were one in the same. As we grew, we utilized undergraduate and graduate students from both Clemson and Colorado State to help facilitate our program. In 2016, we were able to expand and now have coaches that are community members. Many of our community member coaches are tied into the school system in some way, with a variety of roles from math teachers to PE teachers to guidance counselors. We are also excited to expand beyond the school systems with our new partnership with Fort Collins Recreation, opening up the program for more community members to be coaches and more girls to be participants.

All coaches undergo an extensive training before beginning the program as well as receiving continued support throughout the implementation of the program.
